Todd Louis Adams
Now living in Montgomery AL, formerly from Ocean Springs, MS and elsewhere.
Political Science; Sigma Sigma Sigma honor society
Professional musician, playing bass guitar, and French horn with HC band, HC Democrats, senior class secretary. Todd participated in the Future Warfighting Technology workshop of the Air Command and Staff College in April 2007, and is a member of the Alabama World Affairs Council. In summer 2007, he married the former Ms. Rebecca Timmins, of HC's Student Life staff. Our Alabama Law Institute Capitol Intern winner for spring 2009, Todd has been assigned to the Public Safety and County & Municipal Government committees of the state legislature. He is assigned to working on projects to check the race ratio of appointments across Boards of the state government; and to research the comparative success of use of biodiesel fuels in school buses.
In spring 2009, Todd was accepted to the Master's of Diplomacy and Security program at the University of West Florida in Pensacola. Before moving, he gave a series of fine concerts with guitar and voice in local coffee shops.

Football linebacker formerly #62 and later #37, playing rock guitar (he favors Jimi Hendrix), hunting white tails and deep sea fishing from Fort Morgan for Amberjack.
After graduation, he took the HC tour of Hawaii, and proceeded to study public administration for a master's degree at Jacksonville State University. He also played rugby football for the university's RFC.

Political Science; Omicron Delta Kappa; Sigma Sigma Sigma; and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies; political science award, 2007 and 2009.
Sailor on family ketch and sloop. Member and Activities Chair of AOII. College Democrats. Participated in Global Young Leadership Conference in summer '05 in Washington DC and New York city. Resident Adviser in Blount dorm. Joined us in January 2006, a term early, and immediately made her mark academically. Chrys won the Political Science award in April 2007 and in spring 2008 she studied at Queen's University, Belfast and travelled around Europe. In 2008-2009 she worked in the office of the US attorney, Leura Garrett, and in April won the political science award (again).
Following graduation, Chrys earned a master's at Candler school of theology at Emory university.

He was a member of the College Democrats. In April 2009, Richard travelled to the United Nations in New York city with our Model UN team, representing Turkmenistan.

FOOTBALL, Key Club, Drama, Boy Scouts National Vice Chief, travelling widely for administration. Larry emerged quickly as one of our freshman home volleyball champs.
Having served a full year administering Boy Scouts operations nationwide, Larry won a 3/4 time, competitive capitol internship for spring '08, sponsored by the Alabama Law Institute; he worked in a research group within Governor Riley's office. In Fall 2008 he organized a congressional candidates' debate for the close second district race, in which Mayor Bobby Bright narrowly defeated State Rep. Jay Love. In spring 2009 he took another political internship position downtown with State Treasurer Kay Ivey. In summer 2009 he worked as the scheduler for a gubernatorial campaign. The Boy Scouts of America recognized his exceptional service with the Order of the Arrow's Distinguished Service Award.
Following graduation, Larry proceeded to political
campaign positions, including scheduling for the Kay Ivey 2010 campaign.

Listening to music; took summer classes in physical science and music appreciation. Sidney Sheldon books. Visited Berlin, Amsterdam & London & Paris. Won the Political Science awards in April '07, April '08 and April '09. Chanley made the Dean's List of High Honors for spring 2008. (As Dr. Carr noted, "she is becoming quite a nuisance.") in January 2009 she travelled to Paris with the HC tour. In April 2009, Chanley travelled to the United Nations in New York city with our Model UN team, representing Turkmenistan. In May 2009 she graduated with a 4.0 in just three years.
In March 2012, while pursuing a PhD in comparative
political science at the University of Alabama on a tuition fellowship
plus teaching and research assistantships, she presented a paper at ALaPSA,
the Alabama Political Science Association.

She spent summer 2008 in Nashville as an intern at the Tennessee Disability Coalition. In April 2009, she travelled to the United Nations in New York city leading our Model UN team, representing Turkmenistan.
Summer 2009: Emily has become a Program
Analyst for Science and Engineering Services in Huntsville. She tracks
the resources and helps process government defense contracts. She
reports learning a lot and enjoying the people she works with. She
is getting to see a side of both government and business sectors that she
has little experience in. She worked for a year and begin grad school
in fall 2010. After marrying, Emily obtained her MBA at Rollins College
in Florida in 2012 and returned to the workplace, intending a career in
non-profit management and marketing.
