Amy Garrett '02 will finish her graduate program in nonprofit management at Case Western Reserve
University this spring.

Jarret Layson '04 has been accepted to the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University beginning fall,
2004.

Dr. Jeremy Lewis, associate professor of political science, was invited to give the keynote presentation to
Model United Nations organized by Booker T. Washington Magnet High School, at Auburn University
Montgomery, April 19. He introduced a simulation of a crisis in US-China relations with a presentation entitled,
"China and Taiwan: Development, Coexistence and Tensions."

Jared Lyles '01, Chad Hobbs '01, and Dan Ogle '01 will soon complete their JD degrees at the University
of Alabama School of Law.  All are applying for the Bar, and Jared will be married this month.

Carrie McDonough '01 is successfully selling real estate on the Gulf Coast and has recently taken her real
estate exam.

James Payne '99, J.D., M.A., is working as an international lawyer in Washington, D.C.

Ryan Shores '96 and his wife, April McCarty Shores '96, and children are moving to Washington, D.C.
 Ryan has completed the University of Virginia Law School and will clerk for the Chief Justice of the United
States Supreme Court.
